scim 是linux下最好的输入平台之一，在scim-python出现前，我已经用scim好几年了，但从第一次用scim-python开始，我就爱上她了。
scim-python是scim平台的python语言绑定，同时包含全拼，双拼，形码（五笔、二笔等）和一个有英文单词提示功能的英文输入发English Writer。scim-python自带的拼音输入法称得上是linux下的“谷歌拼音”。我在windows下用的就是谷歌拼音，对比起来scim-python丝毫不会逊色（至于跟搜狗拼音比还不清楚，我没用过）。

scim-python-0.1.12build0.7z中包含:

python-scim_0.1.12build0_i386.deb － scim的python绑定库(必须)
scim-python-chinese_0.1.12build0_all.deb - scim-python的中输入法，含拼音、整句和形码（不含码表）
scim-python-english_0.1.12build0_all.deb - scim-python的english writer

deb包打包自svn r1009 (0.1.12正式版)，已在ubuntu hardy(8.04)中测试，发现有什么问题请留言（打包问题），我会尽快处理.

   首先确认你有安装7z的库：
   sudo apt-get install p7zip-full

   解压下载的文件：
   7z x -pwww.17rumen.com scim-python-0.1.12build0.7z
